Terms of protection and processing of personal data
I. Website operator: Mediatronik s.r.o., email: info@mediatronik.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) hereby informs the users of this website that in accordance with the General Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of physical persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and in accordance with Czech implementing legislation, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, will
II. all personal data of the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”) are recorded and processed for the purpose of internal administrative records of contracts and their fulfillment. The data is processed by the company MEDIATRONIK s.r.o., IČ 49702203, with registered office at Živcových 344/38, 155 00 Prague 5 – Stodůlky, registered in the commercial register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague under sp. stamp C 22220, and keeps them in paper and electronic form for the period specified by Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting (accounting documents are kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting period to which they relate).
III. Personal data may be processed and stored in the scope of: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone contact
IV. for the purpose of responding to the inquiry, or for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. These data will be kept on file for the entire duration of the business/contractual relationship and for 15 years thereafter. If the Subject does not provide their personal data, the Administrator cannot communicate with them.
As a client, you have the right to request MEDIATRONIK s.r.o. at any time, by sending a submission to info@mediatronik.cz:
